Jul 23, Another possibility would be a small screwdriver & hammer, forced between the bushing & swingarm. Once you open a gap, you can then use a larger screwdriver, punch or even a steel cut masonry nail to collapse the steel shell into a (more or less) heart shape, then pull it.

Jun 29, Hi I am not sure if you meant to imply that the bushes are the same for the shock mounts and sprocket mounts but they are different. This is the correct part number for the shock mounts according to the CSML parts drawings, and this one for the sprocket mounts, both of which are readily available form CSML or David Silver and even Ebay, hope Estimated Reading Time: 6 mins.

Aug 21, The old swing arm bushing are a pain to remove. After replacing a couple of these in past, I use this method. Take a hack saw blade and start sawing through the bushing length wise (careful not cut the metal) do this to opposite sides of the bushing. Then take a punch or thin screwdriver b/n the bushing and swing arm and shrubdigging.clubg: Delano MN.
